We understand our delivery team can be the distinguishing factor between whether or not learning is successful, so we ensure our team not only has subject matter knowledge and experience and the ability to facilitate learning, but also they have what has been referred to by many of our clients as the "Maura Fay sparkle".
Our facilitators come from a wide variety of backgrounds including teaching, psychology, information technology, performance improvement, financial management, business and retail - but the one thing they all have in common is their passion for people development and ensuring people have the opportunity to reach their potential.
Our facilitators are specialists at bringing theoretical models to life through being able to translate complex ideas into simple and accessible techniques for behavioural change. During 'real-plays' (named this because of the realistic nature and context of the role-play), facilitators will simulate situations and people, to provide a canvas of the learner's own reality. This creates a clear picture for practise, development, next steps and confidence to deal with the barriers that are created in our minds. It is this that inspires people to change their behaviour and take a risk on new learning.
