David is an accomplished communication skills specialist, facilitator and coach. David specialises in communication skills and interpersonal coaching, helping leaders to strengthen relationships using emotional intelligence, to influence and negotiate effectively, and to lead and to build highly effective teams that are motivated and engaged.
Originally trained as an engineer, he led technical teams to win and to complete large complex I.T projects. Moving into sales and business development David worked at Microsoft for 12 years, coaching sales managers and senior leaders within key business partners, on growing their businesses in the Government and Healthcare IT sectors.
David has worked with senior leaders in Australian organisations such as Telstra, the Australian Stock Exchange, Malleson Stephen Jaques, and IBA Health as well working in the US and Japan with multinationals Fujitsu, Microsoft, and iSoft. He has also worked with a host of small and medium businesses and has a solid track record of getting results and delivering to plan.
David has completed a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychotherapy & Counselling at Jansen Newman Institute, Australia and is a trained counsellor as well as executive coach. David holds the Cert. IV in Training & Assessment and is passionate about human development and achieving exceptional performance through effective communication.
