Delivery methodology

Our delivery methodology is based on the following principles:

Engagement must be high. This means our delivery team spend time understanding each learner and their needs and making sure they feel comfortable with the learning environment. We ensure our delivery methods are in line with engagement where we use very little PowerPoint (if any) so our delivery team can connect with learners.

Learners are number one. We deal with personal and sensitive issues and as such take great care to make every learner feel like they are the most important person and their issues are real and valid. Our delivery team ensure they understand the context in which the content fits and make sure learner’s walk away feeling confident to work through the challenges they are experiencing.

Time Management is crucial. When our design is all about the application, we make sure that this is optimised by balancing learner’s needs to converse with keeping practise time at optimum levels. Our delivery team have key skills in ensuring learner remains on track without learners feeling rushed or unheard.

Sparkle in our delivery team. Our team have what we call ‘The Maura Fay Sparkle’. This is that special something that makes people memorable and ensures that learner’s feel connected to the learning. Whilst this may seem a strange methodology, we constantly get feedback from people saying they undertook a Maura Fay program ten years ago and still remember it today – we attribute this to our ‘sparkle’ and the value it brings to our clients is that it makes the learning memorable, which creates what we call ‘stickability’, which our client’s call return on investment.
