Evaluation and measurement consulting
We understand how important it is to show a true return on investment for the training initiatives you undertake, so we can help you evaluate and measure your training. Using the four levels of the Kirkpatrick method we can set up ways to measure the results of your training. This can be done in a variety of different ways; including helping you set up evaluation criteria prior to the training or setting up an evaluation strategy to measure overall change in performance and behaviour.
Assessment centres
Assessment centres can be used pre or post training. Pre training we can complete evaluations on the current skills of your team to see their current level. Post training we can run programs to measure the learning of your team. This can involve additional ‘real-play’ situations with professional actors to assess what your team has learnt.
